Effective April 14, the University has updated its policy on Administration of Sponsored Agreements and Gifts. The revised policy can be found on the University鈥檚 Administrative Policies .
Administration of Sponsored Agreements and Gifts
The University鈥檚 policy on Administration of Sponsored Agreements and Gifts guides the delineation between sponsored agreements and gifts and establishes basic rules and procedures relating to the administration of each award type. The policy also seeks to ensure that the 乐播传媒 and the 乐播传媒 Foundation & Alumni Engagement comply with all Internal Revenue Service requirements. The existing policy has been updated to make clarifying enhancements to Appendix A, providing a table to guide determinations of what constitutes a sponsored agreement, a gift, or an award with characteristics attributable to both.
